We can help find you accommodation and car hire. You
can holiday for as long as you like and while you are
here our Sales Team will be pleased to show you the
area, amenities, properties and answer your questions
at convenient times.
We will help
you open bank accounts, arrange mortgages and introduce
you to rental agencies if you wish. We will do everything
we can to make the purchase of your home in the sun
as easy as possible. This flexible way of viewing will
allow you to reserve your property and enjoy a holiday
at the same time. As we are not subsidising your holiday
/ viewing trip we will refund €1,000 to purchasers
of new residential properties - significantly
reducing the cost of your holiday. |

GOLF SUN arrange subsidised Inspection Trips every Tuesday
and Saturday throughout the year.
In order to benefit most from our viewing trip we require
that you are in a position to buy, i.e. that you bring
a bank draft for €3,000 made payable to GOLF SUN
with you and that you have your finances in place to
pay 50% of the property cost four weeks later.
Our Inspection trips are a highly recommended and cost
effective way for you to view and reserve your dream
home. We guarantee an absolutely "No Pressure"
approach to viewing property. We will show you the area,
answer all of your questions and introduce you to the
lifestyle on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
DAY 1
Depart from selected airports.
Arrive Alicante / San Javier International Airport.
GOLF SUN will be there to welcome you
to Spain.
You will be taken to a selected GOLF SUN
hotel.
Tour the local area (depending upon arrival time).
Evening meal at a local restaurant (depending upon arrival
time).
DAY 2
Breakfast at your hotel.
Discuss your property requirements.
Tour of the local town, beaches and golf.
Start inspection of properties.
Lunch at a selected restaurant.
Property viewing for the afternoon.
Evening meal at a local restaurant.
DAY 3
Breakfast at your hotel.
Review of property viewing to date.
Continue viewing properties.
Lunch at a selected restaurant.
Re-inspection of your favourite properties.
Evening - Celebration Dinner.

Breakfast at your hotel.
Reservations, Open Bank Account.
Contracts and Legal Work.
