abroad, nine times out of ten the problem will not
be with the inspection trip but with what happens
later. Most of these problems could be avoided with
a caring after-sales team on your side who respect
your need for information, understanding and advice.
This after-sales team must be very familiar with the
Spanish system and be respected by builders, banks,
and the legal profession.
Your after-sales team need to be your eyes and ears
in Spain. As you probably do not live nearby you cannot
inspect your new property as it is being built. Your
after-sales team will not only visit your site but
they will take photos of your property, fill out a
20 point checklist and get them to you. Your team
will troubleshoot for you, they will answer any niggly
question that causes you concern and they will help
you with purchases, upgrades, extras and changes.
Your team will arrange appointments and advise you
on all that you need to make completion painless.

Buying a new home in Spain
Golf Sun will make buying your new home in Spain seem
easy. a deposit of €3,000 will reserve and remove
your chosen property and plot from the market and
the price of that property will be fixed in euros.
This means that you will not have to pay any price
increases, which could be implememnted by the developers
before your completion date. Our properties are in
great demand with limited availability on some models.
Four weeks after reservation, your first stage payment
of 50% will be due and the balance to be paid on completion.
Spanish Mortages
The majority of people who purchase homes in Spain
borrow from one source or another. Spanish banks are
keen to lend 60% of the assessed value of your dream
home in the sun. We can arrange a Spanish mortgage
(subject to status) for you, however you will need
to fund your first stage payment of 50% yourself.
Low monthly repayments begin after completion with
loans available up to 15 years.
